Alfred was survived by his children: Jose Sena (Tina) of Española, Bernice Sena of Alcalde, Felecia Crull of Albuquerque, and Kim Ledden (Doug) of Austin, Texas; mother of his children, Dora Sena of Española; siblings: Elsie Quintana (Silviano) of Alcalde, Mary Griffith and Susie Atencio (Gilbert) all of El Guique, Tessie Martinez (Joe) of Hernández, Manuel “Tony” Sena of Chamita, Phillip Sena (Joanne) of El Guique, Alice Encinas of Las Cruces, Loretta Archuleta (Roberto) of Velarde, Priscilla Atencio of Clovis, Jose Sena (Geraldine) of El Guique and Genara Vigil (Eloy) of Española; and numerous relatives and friends who he loved dearly.
Alfred was a loving and caring father who cared for his family deeply. He had a great personality and was easy to get along with. He was also a hardworking man who took pride in all of his projects and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Public visitation and Rosary were on 5 Feb 2017 in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial was on 6 Feb 2017 at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Canada. Burial followed in the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers: Sam Hedrick, Chris Quintana, Harold Sena, Joel Martinez, Richard Atencio and Jeremias Archuleta. Honorary pallbearer was Roy Abeyta.
