Ybarra Blanco, Eddy 68, of Scottsdale, Az passed away at home on February 3, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and member of the American Legion until his death. He is survived by his partner of 21yrs, Anna Monroy; children Dorena, Michelle, Lydia, Elyse, Eddie, Edward, Michael, Eddy Jr, and Eduardo; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sister Irene Sanchez; brothers Chris, Ruben, Oscar, Isaac, Paul, and numerous nieces and nephews.
