Burial will be in Glencoe Cemetery.
Mr. WILLIS is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah E. WILLIS; two daughters, Mrs. Barty GALLOWAY and Mrs. James E. KELLY, both of Big Stone Gap; one son, Ray WILLIS, Bristol; two sisters, Mrs. Alice PLASTERS, Inman, VA.; Mrs. Morgan EDENS, Big Stone Gap; two brothers, Charlie WILLIS, Bakersville, N. C., Larkin WILLIS, United States Navy, also nine grandchildren.
