Everett Ellis Beard, resident of Collinsville and formerly of Kingman, Kansas passed from this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the home of his sister. Everett was 84 years of age. He was born March 31, 1932 in Kingman, the son of Floyd Crane and Gladys Opal (Day) Beard.

Everett was raised in Kingman, living there until 1998 when he came to live with his sister. Everett enjoyed watching the old TV shows on TV-Land; riding his bicycle collecting cans and when growing up on the farm chopping wood.

Everett is survived by his three siblings and spouses; five nieces; four nephews; and two special grandnephews.

Everett was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Lynn and Tom Beard and a niece Starla Howes.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. There will be a graveside service held in Kingman on Tuesday, January 24th at 2:00PM at the Walnut Hill Cemetery with visitation prior to the service at the Livingston Funeral Home in Kingman from 12:00 to 1:30 PM. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Oklahoma Autism Network, 1200 North Stonewall Ave., Oklahoma City,.

The family has entrusted Mowery Funeral Service with the care of Everett.
