Jarvis Janet, 45, of Columbus, Ohio was taken away too soon on Friday, January 13, 2017.

She was born in Tacoma, Washington on March 15, 1971, to Roger and Wilma (Ward) Billingsley.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Janet Rose Billingsley and uncle Glenn Billingsley.

Janet is survived by her husband, George; parents, Roger and Wilma Billingsley; grandmother, Helen Ward; aunts, Becky Ward and Diane Evans; best friends, Jackie and Bev. Janet's loss will be felt by many other friends, family, and neighbors too numerous to name.

Everyone was a friend she just didn't meet yet.

Janet loved her dogs who she considered to be her children.

She also was a loving wife and daughter.

She loved karaoke or anything involving music.

She was a talented baker.

She was a talented seamstress and liked to hand sew Barbie clothes for little girls.

A visitation will be held at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, from 5-7 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 18, 2017, at 1 p.m.

Burial will follow immediately after at Grove City Cemetery, Grove City Road, Grove City, Ohio.
