Nelda was born to Leonard D. & Alma Belle Lewis Cain on Jan. 10, 1928 in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Polytechnic High School in Fort Worth. She met her husband on New's Year eve in 1945. They married on Sept. 6, 1946. Ray & Nelda had 4 children. Nelda worked as a Special Education teacher in the Keller ISD. She worked as a counselor in the Ft. Worth ISD. She was a wonderful person & I enjoyed hearing her stories of my Dad's family. She was one of my Grandfather's favorite cousins.
