Coincidently most of the Branning in-laws are buried in Glen Cove Cemetery, formerly Narrowsburg Burying Ground, Narrowsburg, NY starting with the father Jacob who died in 1867, his son Nelson who died 1848 and wife Lany Lassley Branning. It is unknown where sons Chester Branning who died in 1840 at 2 ½ and Alford Branning who died 1889 are buried. Simms Point Cemetery is a distinct possibility, but unable to verify because of the numerous old field stones now unreadable, evidently not at Glen Cove Cemetery or Indian Orchard Cemetery since those burials have been recorded. bbg
