Dugas, Jr. (Carolyn), John F. Dugas, Edwin H. Dugas and Michael C. Dugas; grandson, John Dugas (Paulette); and three great-grandchildren, Jullian, Ethan and Leila Nicole.
Mrs. Dugas was a member of various civic and service organizations including, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Washington DC.
