Helen Irene Wilson, 89, of Peoria passed away at Proctor Place on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, with her family at her side.
She was born on January 14, 1927 in Dunlap to Everett and Hazel (Martin) Tallyn. She married Robert L. Wilson in March of 1946, and they resided in Peoria. Bob preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughter, Patricia (Tom) of Texas; two sons, Robert (Nancy) of Pekin, and Monte (Maria) of California; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Jim; and sister, Hazel.
Helen worked several years as an Assistant Buyer for Witzigs in Morton.
A memorial service for Helen will be held at Proctor Place on January 7, 2017 at 10 AM. Mary Jane West will officiate.
