William Green, 56, of Hillsboro passed away December 20, 2016 at his residence. He was born March 13, 1960 in Hillsboro to Letha Frieda (Johnson) and James “Jim” Presley Green, Jr.
He was a 1978 graduate of Hillsboro High School. For 25 years he was employed as a sales representative for John Deere in Hillsboro, later known as Brazos Valley Equipment retiring in 2013.
William enjoyed the simple things in life. In his leisure time he loved to spend time with his grand children and take them fishing. He was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding him in death were his mother and niece, Lauren Watts. Survivors include his father, Jim Green, Jr. of Hillsboro; three children, Presley, Brandi and Jennifer Green; brother, James Green; three sisters, Donna Watts, Jackie Green and Mary Green; two grand children and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held December 24, 2016 at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro. M_M
