Carolyn Mae Wright Leath, age 83 of Huntsville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday Afternoon December 18, 2016 at the Huntsville Manor Nursing Home in Huntsville, Tennessee with her family by her side.

She was born February 24, 1933 in Yellow Springs, Ohio to the Late John Fred Wright and Ruth Linson Wright.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Dean Leath; two sisters and 4 brothers.

She is survived by her sons Bill Leath and wife Robin of New Carlisle, Ohio, Mike Leath and wife Wanda of Crossville, Tennessee, Bob Leath and wife Edna of Urbana, Tennessee; Daughters Kathy Ellis and husband Danny of Robbins, Angie Worlety and husband Chuck of Oneida, Tennessee; (10) Grandchildren: Nikki Keeton and husband Brad, Luke Ellis, Chad Ellis, Kelsey Ellis, Kristy Shaw and husband Rick, Joshua Leath and wife Erica, Christopher Leath, Kirklan Worlety, Julia Worlety, Wesley Leath; (10) Great Grandchildren: Braelyn Keeton, Kennan Keeton, Hunter Ellis, Chaley Ellis, Jaylee Marcum, Allie Shaw, William Leath, Penley Leath, Alden Leath and Wyatt Leath; Sister Grace Tyree of Springfield, Ohio; Brothers: Bob Wright of Springfield, Ohio and Kenneth Wright of New Carlisle, Ohio; Special Friend: Juanita Adkins and all her special caregivers; many other family and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., on Monday Evening, December 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held at Powers-Kell Funeral Home in Jamestown, Ohio on Tuesday Evening December 20, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. with visitation to begin at 5:00 P.M.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday morning December 21, 2016 in the Grape Grove Cemetery in Jamestown, Ohio.
