Nancy was born Aug. 17, 1865 to James A. and Lucy Ann (Park) Franklin.
She died in the Grant Township, of Neosho County, Kansas.

Obituary.
Nancy Jane Franklin was born Aug. 17, 1865 and died Feb. 27tH, 1910, being 44 years, 8 months and 10 days old at the time of her death.
She was the daughter of James A. and Lucy Ann Franklin.
On July 6th, 1884, she was united In marriage to Fenton T. Moorman. To this union one son was born but died In infancy. The husband, also, died in the fall of 1891.
She was again united In marriage to Alfred B. Roberts in 1894. To this union was born one daughter, Delia, who with the husband, her later, four sisters and five brothers still survive her.
At the age of eighteen she united with the Christian church at Oak Grove. There being no church of her choice at Stark, she always felt a welcome to worship with the Friends. She lived a devoted Christian life until death called her to receive her inheritance in the kingdem above. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. M. E. Rees, pastor of the Friends' church of Stark, Tuesday and the interment took place in the Bethel cemetary. The members of the family express their thanks to all those who have assisted them In this hour of sorrow and supported them by their sympathies.
