He was owner of R & M Pipeline Construction Inc. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He loved his church family.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years of the home, Wilma Dean (Rivers) Mitchell; son, Lavon Pagan; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Waid; 2 grandsons, Julian Pagan and Nathaniel Pagan; brother, Vic Mitchell; and cousin that was like a brother, Morris Foster.
He is preceded in death by parents, Less Albert Mitchell and Ophelia (Birch) Bullard.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Calvary Temple Assembly Of God Church, 4701 W Edison St, Tulsa, OK 74127. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
