Services for Henry Poston, 68, Route 1, Moline,, who died at 12:35 yesterday afternoon in St. Anthony's Hospital, will be at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon in Knox-Trimble Funeral Home.

The Rev. Nels C. Bengtson, paster of the First Lutheran Church, will officiate and burial will be in Greenview Memorial Cemetery.

He was born Dec. 29, in the former town of Bowlesburg, a son of Freelove and Maverick Poston. He married Alta Cook in 1910 and on Nov. 9, 1935, married Mrs. Hazel Lindberg in Peoria.

Mr. Poston was a construction engineer. He retired in 1954 from the Priester Construction Co.

He was of Lutheran faith and a member of Moline Eagles, Moline Turners, Davennport, Moose Lodge and Operating Engineers, Local 537.

Surviving are the widow; a daugher, Mrs. Harley Danielson, Moline; two sons, Harold Poston, Moline, and Donald Poston of DesPlaines; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Stevens, Moline, Mrs. Harold Schudder, Cordova, and Mrs. Albert Chandler of Niiles, Illinois;a brother, John Poston, Moline, and two grandchildren.

Two sisters and three brothers preceded him in death.
