Charles Wayne "Bo" Vaughn, 63, died Feb. 23, 2004, in Harrah, Okla. Memorial services were held Feb. 25, at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Oklahoma City with family and friends. His cremains were scattered at his favorite fishing hole.

Mr. Vaughn was born May 21, 1940, in South Bend. He served the state of Texas with the Department of Public Safety for 39 years as a trooper then, as a commissioned Texas Ranger. His hobbies were golfing, fishing, painting, cooking and unwinding on Lake Texoma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Mattie Lloyd Vaughn; and his mother, Jennie Lou Vaughn.

Survivors include his wife of Harrah; a son of Oklahoma; three daughters; a brother of Pampa; a sister; nine grandchildren; two stepchildren; an aunt of Graham; numerous nieces and nephews.
