H. McCall Succumbs at Age 83 -- RIMERSBURG H.W.B. McCall, 83, of Rimersburg RD 2, former Democratic commiteeman here, died Thursday morning at the Chicora Medical Center, following a short illness. Born April 10, 1883, in Toby Township, Clarion County, he was the son of Miles and Lucinda Grossman McCall. He was married to the former Pearl Summerville, who preceded him in death in May, 1944. Mr. McCall, a retired farmer, served as the committeeman for a number of years, and at one time was a member of the Clarion County Executive Board of the Democratic Party. He lived his entire life in Toby Township. Mr. McCall was a member of the Concord United Presbyterian Church in Clarion County. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Chester (Florence) Stewart of West Monterey RD1 and Mrs. Angus (Margaret) Barnhart of Bethel Park; three sisters, Mrs. Maude Myers of Rimersburg, Mrs. Chloe McKee of Rimersburg RD2 and Mrs. George (Ida) Scott of Milvale; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchidlren. One daughter, Mrs. Martha McCall Miles, also preceded him in death. Removal was made to the J.D. Miller Funeral Home in Rimersburg, where friends may call after 2 p.m. today. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm today and Saturday at the funeral home and from 1 to 2 pm Sunday at the Concord United Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the church. Rev. Albert E. Siemon, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Source: Derrick, Friday 9/23/1966

McCall, 83, of Rimersburg RD 2, who died Thursday, Sept. 22, 1966 in the Chicora Medical Center following a short illness.
