Right now I am not certain if his father is interred at Rock Creek Cemetery as the newspaper of the time states, or if he was moved at the last minute or even sometime later. Arlington National is listed by another findagrave member.
Usually a control record pops up on Ancestry. So far I haven't seen one. Also a problem is the removal of Arlington's ANC Website. It's possible they have the wrong Edward J. Dowling.
Apparently another record exists listing September 26th as the child's date of birth.
