She was a member of Emmaus High School class of 1963. She worked in sales for the former Emil Otto Woman's Clothing Store, Allentown. Gladys was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved dancing and danced at Martha J's, loved to travel, go to fairs, working outside with plants and flowers, was good at crafts and decorating. She had beautiful piercing blue eyes and a wonderful smile. She was a beautiful woman with a beautiful personality.
Survivors: Husband; Children, Teddy Billman and wife Tina of Emmaus, Terry D. Billman and wife Michelle of Jim Thorpe, Tonya Knauss of Orefield; Grandchildren, Elliot Billman and family, Brittany Billman, Michelle Knecht and family, Heather Baraldi and family, Maddison Soos, and Brett and Ryan Knauss. She was predeceased by a daughter, Shelly A. Billman and brothers, Richard G. and Frederick E. Bartholomew.
Services: Memorial Services Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
