Howard Thomas Peters, age 78, of Lee Acres Road in Irvine, passed away Friday, November 18th, at his home following a long illness. He was born June 11, 1938, in Lincoln County, a son of the late Walker and Josephine Manuel Peters. He was an assembly line worker at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and attended the Wagersville Pentecostal Church. He had lived in Estill County all of his life. He is survived by:

1 Sister-in-Law: Delma Kerby Estill Co.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Phillip Smith with burial to follow in the Turpin Cemetery. Friends may call after 12 PM Sunday until service time.
