Earl Victor Rodkey passed away on November 11, 2016 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born on December 31, 1927 in Selmon, Oklahoma to Clark and Myrtle Rodkey (Anderson). He worked as a project Manager for the U.S. Civil Service.
He will be missed by all that knew him.

Earl Victor Rodkey was born December 31, 1927, the 7th of 13 children to Clark and Myrtle Rodkey in Selman, Oklahoma. He grew up and attended school at Buffalo. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1945, serving in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre during WW II. He returned home to Ft. Supply and accepted a position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, retiring as Project Manager of Kaw Lake in 1984. He married the love of his life, Pearl (Betty Lee) Dickenson, on March 16, 1946. They celebrated 70 years of marriage this past March. He and Pearl traveled the U.S. extensively before and after his retirement. He loved to fish, hunt and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. One of his greatest joys was playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl, of the home; daughter Karen Wahl and husband, Bob, of Kissimmee, FL ; daughter Vickie Anderson and husband Don, of Edmond, OK; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
There will be no services.
