Bettie Kraft, 87, of Davenport, died Tuesday, July 18, 1967, at Mercy Hospital in Davenport after an extended illness.
Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 19, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Friday, July 21, at Runge Mortuary Chapel in Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa
Bettie Jungjohann was born January 13, 1880, in Scott County, the daughter of Carl and Bertha (Stoltenberg) Jungjohann. She married Henry Kraft on September 1, 1897, in Davenport. Together they farmed near Walcott, until they retired in 1941 and moved to Davenport. He died in 1953.
Surviving are five sons, Raymond, Arnold and Walter Kraft, all of Davenport, and Roman and Raleigh Kraft, both of Walcott; 18 grand-children; 31 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Meta Jungjohann of Davenport and Agnes (Louis) Behrens of Bettendorf; and one brother, Henry Jungjohann of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister and two brothers.
