O. Jay Call was born in Declo, Idaho, November 2, 1931; son of Aaron Willey Call, and Lydia McMurray Call; the youngest of their eight children.
Jay passed away November 6, 2016 in his home with his loving Jeanette by his side. Jay cherished his testimony of his Savoir, the gospel, and his membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He faithfully served in many positions in his ward and stake.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Jeanette Call; children, Tamara Kirkham (Gordon); Ronna Lawrence; Greg Call (Marty Christensen); Kristi Black (Brian); Cindy Salisbury (Rich); Stephanie Davis, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Daybreak 1st Ward, 11038 South Braidwood Drive, South Jordan, Utah. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment will take place at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
