Vincent Lee Hedrick, 79 of Buckner, MO, passed away, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Research Medical Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams St., Buckner, MO 64016. Burial will follow in Buckner Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at the chapel. Vincent was born June 5, 1937 in Independence, MO to John and Lucile (Allison) Hedrick and has been a lifelong area resident. He had worked as a truck driver for the Teamsters Local #41 for over 25 years until he retired in 1999. He enjoyed gardening, music and played guitar. Survivors include: his wife Judy of the home; 3 daughters, Connie Kitching and husband Scott of Blue Springs, MO, Donna King of Kansas City, MO and Tonia Oliver and husband Willie of Buckner, MO; 2 sisters, Shirley Jones of Kimberling City, MO and Janice Ahring and husband John of Sibley, MO; 5 grandchildren, Cassie, Daniel, Brandon, Tiffany and Jimmy; 7 great grandchildren, Bailey, Brenton, Abby, Cayson, Chloe, Kyleigh and Kinley and numerous nieces and nephews.
