Susan K. Serfass, age 61 of Lower Alloways Creek passed away Friday, August 29th at her home.
Born in Salem she is the daughter of Helen McAllister Pompper and the late Francis "Bud" Pompper.
Sue was an office manager for several car dealerships in the area; her last being the Winner Group in Pennsville. She was a member of the Canton Baptist Church where she attended Youth Group in her teen years and later became a Sunday School Teacher. Sue loved going anywhere with her husband even if it was "just" for a car ride. Over the years she could be seen at her boy's sporting events with a smile on her face; Sue never missed a game.
In addition to her mother Sue is survived by her husband, Wayne Serfass, her sons, Wayne Serfass of LAC and Brad Serfass and wife Ashley of LAC; brothers, Larry Pompper and wife Linda of Mannington and Frank Pompper and wife Sharon of LAC.
Services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, September 3rd in Canton Baptist Church, 700 Smick Rd., Canton where friends may call after 10:00AM. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Woodside Funeral Home.
