Joyce E. Bivins, 81, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born February 5, 1935 in Mannington, KY to the late Jesse Virgil and Mary Katherine (Boze) Latham. On November 30, 1950 in Henderson, KY, Joyce married Bernard E. “Gene” Bivins who preceded her in death in 2008. She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Bill) Spargo of Hebron and Vickie (Alan) Lerch of Milford; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Joyce was also preceded in death by 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and her grandson, Shawn Spargo.
