Naomi had been employed at Sheller Globe in Keokuk for thirty-one years, until her retirement in 2005.
She was a member of the Keokuk Church of the Nazarene.
Naomi was devoted to her family. She greatly enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family and making a lifetime of treasured memories. Naomi enjoyed taking car rides to enjoy the sites. She loved to watch the birds outside her window and also loved listening to all her chimes. She enjoyed the simple things in life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Melvin Davis, Jr. one daughter, Cheryl L. Stice, brothers, Frank, John, Bobby, Marion Hawley and Leonard Hawley in infancy, sisters, Ella Thompson, Louise Ihrer, Kate Duncan, Bernice Simon, Betty Hulse and Rosemary Hawley in infancy, grandson, Christopher R. Hardman and great-granddaughter, Addison Davis.
