Nora, age 94, passed away at Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton. She was the daughter of George R. and Catherine (Crum) Norris. She first married Byron Cain on August 8, 1931. She married Russell Malloy in July 1971. She owned/operated the Cain Grocery Store in Elkhorn.

Survivors include her children, LeRoy Cain and Leva Penny, her stepchildren, Jerry Malloy and Mary Carothers, her sisters, Mildred Brazeal, Flossie Stanley, Venita Parker, and Jetta Cuttshall, six grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by by both husbands, her parents, her stepchildren, Robert Cain, Jim Malloy, and Lela Ritchie, her siblings, Clarence Norris, Wilbur Norris, Melvin Norris, Hildred O'Dell, and Beulah O'Dell, and her step-grandson, Robert Kenneth Cain.

Funeral services were held at Rock Falls Baptist Church in Elkhorn. Burial was in Todd's Chapel Cemetery, northwest of Richmond.
