Catherine J. Peach, 89, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016. She was born in Christiansburg, VA and was a resident of Hampton since 1973. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in rest by her husband, James W. Peach; daughter, Debbie Peach; and son, James W. Peach, Jr. She is survived by her sons, David Pack, Keith Peach, Freddy Peach, and Bobby Peach; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Lamer and Robert; sisters, Betty, Louise, Bobbie, and Peggy; and her caregiver, Robin Carter.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Catherine's life will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 24, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
