Leona Beare Obituary
Leona Rae (Haight) Beare died Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, in the loving arms of Charly, Tammy, Peggy and Ed in Green Bay, Wis. She was born March 14, 1943, in Mackay, Idaho.
Rae spent her earlier years in eastern Idaho, where she attended school. She later worked on ranches and then became a caretaker.
Rae married Paul Beare on May 27, 1961, in Dubois, Idaho. She enjoyed working at the Spring Mountain Youth Bible Camp.
Rae also enjoyed horses, fly fishing, camping, sewing, baking and gardening. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Survivers include children, Charles Beare, Robert Beare and Isma Lawrence; brothers and sisters, Clarence Haight, Peggy (Ed) Shuping, Carol (Henry) Christensen, Kim (Lisa) Haight and Aunt Edna Haight; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Elaine and Robert Davies; and wonderful neighbors and community.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Beare; parents, Charles and Lola Haight; brother, Doyle Haight; sister, Nancy Manning; and grandson, Wyatt Beare.
