Age 85, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, WI. She was born April 22, 1931 in the Town of Fence, Florence Co., WI; daughter of the late George and Maude (Moore) Severson. On December 23, 1948, Effie married Allan F. Krueger in Manawa, WI and together they shared 59 years of marriage before his passing on June 11, 2008. She was a wonderful baker and was known for her famous chocolate chip cookies. Effie was loved by so many and will be deeply missed by all of her loving family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 10:30 AM at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Father Amalraj Roche will officiate. A visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at the Holly Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery in Waupaca following the service on Tuesday. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
