ANNIS Mr. Delbert C. Annis, aged 69, of Barryton, MI, passed away on Wednesday morning August 12, 1992, at Kent Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Frances, Whom he married on November 14, 1942, in Lansing, MI. He was precede in death by his son, Lawrence and his brother, Byron. Delbert was a Veteran of WWII serving in the Army air Force, He was also a member of V.F.W. Albert Schiffer Post Mecosta. He is also survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, seven grandchildren and for great-grandchildren, his sister Annabelle (Max) Snyder of Winn, MI his sisters-in-law Patricia Annis and Marie Lyon and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church 423 First St. NW. Grand Rapids, with Interment in Chapel Hill Cemetery under the auspices of the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. Mr. Annis reposes at the funeral home, where relatives and friends may meet the family on Thursday evening from 7to 9 p.m. A Vigil Service will be held on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
