A graveside service for Mrs. Lola McCarty Sullivan Bourne, 93, of Stafford County, who died Wednesday in Woodmont Nursing Home, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Sullivan family cemetery on Truslow Road in Stafford County. The Rev. Charles Kindred will officiate.
Mrs. Bourne was a member of Fairview Baptist Church, and the widow of Brodie B. Bourne.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Marian Silver and Mrs. Pearl Davitt, both of Fredericksburg, Mrs. Eugie Riggins of Washington State and Mrs. Mary Lavin of Philadelphia, PA; 16 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mel W. Hunter, C. Richard Phillips II, Robert Kevin, Kurt A. Decatur, Robert D. Sullivan, Jr., and Linwood Sullivan.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 o'clock tonight at Wheeler & Thompson Funeral Home.
