Mrs. Paul M. Penner
HILLSBORO -- Mrs. Brunhilda Cecilia Penner, 65, Hillsboro, died early Saturday at Axtell Christian Hospital, Newton, after a short illness.
She was born Oct. 12, 1909 near Lehigh, the daughter of David J. and Mary Ewert Auernheimer. She married Paul M. Penner, June 26, 1932 at Hillsboro. He survives of the home.
She was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Hillsboro.
Other survivors, in addition to the widower, include one son, Larry, Newton; one daughter, Mrs. Albert (Mary) Beck, Velva, N. D.; one brother, S. J. Auernheimer, Ellinwood; one sister, Mrs. Lucas Bahr, Walton; and five grandchildren. She was preceded by two sisters.
Services will be held at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the church with Rev. Roland Goering officiating. Burial will be in Haven of Rest Cemetery, Hillsboro.
Goertz Funeral Home, Hillsboro, is in charge of arrangements, A Memorial has been established with the Heart Fund.
