YOAKUM - Irene Ochoa, 91, passed away October 4, 2016. She was born December 12, 1924 in Yorktown to the late Ben and Sarah Guerra Saenz. She was a retired nurse.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband Pete Ochoa; brothers, Gilbert, Ben, Aaron and Robert Saenz; sister, Gloria Launery; son-in-law, Noe Barrera Sr.

Visitation 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home.

Funeral Service 10 a.m., Friday, October 7, 2016 at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Bowden officiating. Burial to follow at Yoakum Restland Cemetery.

Arrangements by Thiele Cooper Funeral Home, 361-293-5656.
