A native of Pollock, Mrs. Lawson was a member of Grace Episcopal Church and a retired employe of Ford, Bacon and Davis.
She is survived by her husband, W. E. (Doc) Lawson Sr.; two sons, W. E. (Slick) Lawson of Nashville, Tenn., and Fredrick Marshall Lawson, Chicago, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Katie Nettles of Monroe, Mrs. Docia Mitchell of West Monroe, and Mrs. Ethel Hampton, Shreveport; three brothers, J. T. White of West Monroe, Walter White of Farmerville, and O'Dell White of Little Rock, Ark.; and three grandchildren.
