Olin J. Tomlinson, twelve years old, son of Mrs. Willis Tomlinson, 824 Dewey avenue, died yesterday afternoon at Noyes Hospital from a fracture of the skull suffered Saturday afternoon when his sled collided with a truck at Second and Poulin streets.
