Mrs. Sarah L. Flood died yesterday afternoon at five o'clock at her home in Belle Rive. She was the wife of J. B. Flood. Mrs. Flood was born September 22, 1848, in Kentucky, but had spent 44 years of her life in Belle Rive. Funeral services will be held at the home in Belle Rive at one p. m. tomorrow conducted by the Rev. Bird Green and burial will follow in Flint cemetery. Mrs. Flood is survived by her husband, and one son Servetus Parfitt, Belle Rive; and two daughters, Mrs. Viola Pace, Belle Rive and Mrs. Ella Ashby, Missouri. One brother, Frank Hughey of Bonnie, and one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Book of Mount Vernon.
