Mrs. George Y. Waldron died last Thursday at West Township. She was 79 years old.
She was the former Elizabeth Ann Saddlemire. Her husband died a number of years ago.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Frank Smith of West Township, and three grandchildren, George, Raymond, and Howard Shafer. The family lived in Duanesburgh many years ago, where Mr. Waldron operated a farm on the Schoharie Turnpike.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Fredendall funeral home at Altamont.
