Rebecca Romunda Keys, 6-month old daughter of Lawrence Dean and Nancy Rebecca Houle Keys, of 103 S. Glen Oak Ave., was dead on arrival at Methodist Hospital yesterday, having suffocated by a plastic bag over her face.
Surviving are her parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Iry Edwards and Mrs. Patricia Houle, all of Peoria.
