Sarah Ann West Cawthon Haislip, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, September 22, 2016 in NHC Lewisburg.
Mrs. Haislip was the daughter of the late Cecil and Tishia Mae Adams West. She was a homemaker and member of the Farmington Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two daughters, Teresa Diane Brown and Debra Mae Cawthon, three brothers, James Ward West, William Claude West, Sgt. Major Cecil West, Jr. and one sister, Evelyn West Brannan.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery at Talley Station.The family will be at London Funeral Home Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday until the funeral home for visitation.
