Mrs. Carrie Le'Ona Denker, 80, of Anderson, Missouri, departed this life into Glory on Monday morning, September 19, 2016, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Missouri, on the very day she married her late husband sixty-three years ago.

Carrie entered this life on December 15, 1935, in Granby, Missouri, the eldest and only daughter born to the late Alfred Newton and Bonnie (Arnall) Keith. Her family moved to Anderson, Missouri, when she was in the 7th grade, graduating from Anderson High School in the class of 1953. On September 19, 1953, in Granby, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Winston LaVerne Denker and to this union one daughter was born. After they were married they made their home in Wichita, Kansas and Winston began employment with Boeing Aircraft in their sheet metal service division. They traveled the lower forty-eight states working on aircraft and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They resided in Northeast Oklahoma before moving to Anderson, Missouri in 1971. Besides being a devoted homemaker she also worked alongside and supported her husband in the Ministry. Carrie was saved and baptized in 1944 and received the Holy Ghost in 1951. She was a longtime member of the Victory Road Church near Anderson. She enjoyed working in her yard, gospel singings, deer hunting and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of fifty-eight years, Rev. Winston LaVerne Denker on May 29, 2012; a brother David Arnall Keith; and two nephews, Stan and Buddy Keith.
