He was survived by one daughter, Nancy Talbot Hemrick of Monroe; one sister, Lillian Blair Talbot of Monroe; one brother, Edmond E. Talbot, Sr. of New Orleans; one half-sister, Mary Beth Busbee of Duluth, GA; and 4 grandchildren.
