Beriah Rice and Mary Goodenow are Judah's parents, he married in Upton Worcester,MA. on 7 Dec 1758 to Miss Sarah Kelley. They lived in Granville,Annapolis Co. and Briar Island, Digby Co, which was purchased by his father,Beriah Rice,thus Brier Island.

They had twelve children that were all born in Granvile,Annapois Co.:
