Elizabeth a lifelong resident of Richmond township passed away Monday Aug. 14 at the farm residence of cardiac complications. She had suffered a severe leg fracture this late winter which had complicated a heart condition.
Elizabeth was born the daughter of Theodore and Minnie Stephan Franke in Richmond township in 1871. She was married on October 21, 1891 to Joseph Dadles. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church and its allied societies. Surviving are the husband: a daughter Mrs. B. Y. Humble, a son Arthur, two sisters Mrs. Louis Erbes and Mrs. Dan Grein, all of Reed City; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A daughter Lela died in infancy, and she was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held at St. Paul's Lutheran church.
Pallbearers were John Gaedcke, Arlow Bluhm, William Baar, John Sengelaub, Paul See hell and Charles Fuller.
