CHARLES N. BAIR, 86, died at the home of his son, Leonard W. Bair, 25 South Morerick Ave., Catonsville, on Saturday morning after a long illness. He was born and reared in Westminster and was a son of Isaac and Catherine V. Barnes Bair and had been in business in Hagerstown most of his life, retiring in 1951.
He was a member of Christ Reformed Church, and P.B.O. Elks No. 378.
Besides his son he is survived by another son, Ralph C., Hagerstown; brother, Arthur E., Hagerstown; sisters, Mrs. Maude Mellott and Mrs. Lena Bowman, both of Hagerstown; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held at the Rouzer Funeral Home. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
