Nettie & William are one of my sets of grandparents; Eliza and Edward Grigsby are my great grandparents. Nettie and William Miers later had two more children, Leah Miers in 1896, and Wesley Scott (my father) in 1900; both born in Hearne, Texas. When Edward `vvvvvvvvvvvvvv``vvv````Grigsby died in 1899, and Eliza, in 1908, they were also buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
When my dad, Wesley, and aunt, Leah, returned to the McCrory/Deview area, where they and their mother had spent about a year when Eliza was in bad health, they discovered that there had never been a monument made for Eliza. They made plans to have one made at that time. That is why Eliza's stone is so much more modern than the period when she died.
William and Nettie are buried in Hearne, Texas. Leah and her husband, Harry Jarrett are entombed in a wall in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. Wesley, my dad, and Everal Tarpley Miers (my mother) are buried in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier California.
