Eileen spent many years in the sewing industry working for Justine McCarty and Cardinal Dress Company of Dallas before moving to Pittsburg. She joined Mike Benet Formals in 1960 and worked there until her retirement in 1982. She was a member of the Greer Boulevard Church of Christ for many years.
