Arthur Wilburn, 69, passed away Friday, Nov. 24, 2006, at his home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1937, in Claiborne County, Tenn., the son of the late Thomas Lee and Myrtle Ausmus Wilburn. He was a coal miner for 30 years. He was a member of Old Yellow Creek #2 Church in Middlesboro.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Richard Wilburn.
