Zita Victoria was born February 11, 1922, in Blythewood, South Carolina, a daughter of George Washington Moak and Johnnie Louise Halstead Moak. Zita graduated from Blythewood High School and Elizabeth Buxton School of Nursing. She retired from the VA Hospital in 1985. Zita Victoria Moak Lyles, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away August 27, 2016. She was 94.
