On Saturday night John Westley Potter died at his home near Mount Etna, after an illness of some months' duration, the cause of death being Bright's disease of a chronic nature. The death of John Westley Potter was learned on Sunday with unfeigned sorrow and regret by hundreds of people in Blair and Huntingdon counties, for the reason that his life was full to overflowing with good deeds toward his fellow man, being universally respected by all that knew him on account of his honest dealings and upright living all the way down through life.
